Louer Facility Planning partnered with BHMG Engineers and the design-build team early in the planning process for their new Metro East office in Collinsville, Illinois. The goal was to create a workspace that reflects the character of their St. Louis headquarters while supporting the way their team works day to day.

Our team worked closely with both the design and construction teams to plan and layout the furniture, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered and coordinated. This included working through key spatial and technical challenges—such as adjusting the placement of a major wall to properly accommodate the open office workstation layout and coordinating electrical locations within the concrete slab early in the construction process.

Through careful planning and collaboration, the furniture and finish selections bring BHMG’s brand to life, creating a cohesive, light-filled environment that feels both dynamic and functional. The result is a workspace designed to support focus, collaboration, and long-term flexibility for their growing team.
