Louer Facility Planning has partnered with Anders CPAs + Advisors for more than a decade, beginning with the planning and execution of their corporate headquarters relocation to the Bank of America Building in downtown St. Louis. The initial project included the specification and installation of an open office, private offices, conference rooms, and a welcoming lobby designed to support a high-performing professional services environment.
As Anders has grown and workplace expectations have evolved, Louer Facility Planning has continued to support the firm through ongoing space planning, reconfiguration, and workplace strategy. With a larger team operating on a hybrid schedule, flexibility within the existing footprint has become essential. Existing furniture systems have been adapted to create more versatile open office workstations and private office environments that respond to changing in-office patterns while maintaining efficiency and consistency.
More recently, the focus has shifted toward enhancing conference rooms and introducing additional huddle rooms equipped with integrated technology and designed for long-term adaptability. These spaces support seamless communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external clients, whether in-person or remote.
Through this long-term partnership, the Haworth Compose furniture platform has demonstrated its durability, flexibility, and long-term value—allowing Anders to continuously evolve their corporate headquarters to meet changing business needs. Today, Anders occupies an entire floor of the Bank of America Building, supported by a workplace strategy that integrates open office environments, private offices, conference rooms, and huddle spaces to promote productivity, flexibility, and growth.
