Louer Facility Planning partnered with Anderson Healthcare and the design-build team on the Goshen Campus Medical Office Building in Glen Carbon, Illinois—one of the largest and most comprehensive projects completed for the organization.

Our team was engaged early in the design process, serving as the interior designer and leading the selection and coordination of all architectural finishes, lighting, signage, furniture, artwork, and accessories. This fully integrated, turnkey approach ensured a cohesive and thoughtfully executed environment from concept through installation.

The facility brings together a wide range of healthcare services under one roof, including urgent care, physical and occupational therapy, radiology and imaging, a lab draw center, and more than 20 physician practices spanning primary care, pediatrics, and specialty care. The result is a highly accessible, all-in-one destination designed to support both patients and providers.

Throughout the space, carefully curated artwork and environmental graphics incorporate local landmarks and recognizable imagery from the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon communities—creating a strong sense of place. These elements are complemented by nature-inspired visuals and materials, contributing to a welcoming, calming environment that supports patient wellbeing.

Designed for performance, durability, and long-term value, the Goshen Campus reflects a balance of clinical function and human-centered design—delivering a bright, modern, and inviting experience for the community it serves.
