City of Jennings Community Center

Jennings, Missouri

Louer Facility Planning partnered with the City of Jennings to furnish their new Community Center, a flexible and thoughtfully designed civic environment that supports connection, learning, and community engagement. The project includes a range of functional spaces such as private offices, multi-purpose rooms, a study area, and a reception and tech bar.

As a public sector project, Louer leveraged the OMNIA Partners cooperative purchasing contract to provide competitively sourced furniture solutions while streamlining procurement. This approach ensured the City of Jennings received best-value pricing, reduced administrative burden, and access to trusted manufacturer partners.

Our furniture planning and design approach focused on creating adaptable, high-performance environments that support both individual and group activities. Private offices were equipped with efficient workstations, integrated storage, and ergonomic seating to enhance day-to-day operations. Multi-purpose rooms were designed for maximum flexibility, utilizing flip/nest tables and stackable seating to quickly transition between meetings, training sessions, and community events.

The study area offers a quiet, focused setting, while the reception and tech bar create a welcoming, service-oriented entry experience. Throughout the facility, furnishings were selected for durability, function, and value, while coordinating with the interior design to create a cohesive and modern aesthetic.

This community center furniture project reflects Louer Facility Planning’s expertise in public sector furniture procurement, space planning, and commercial interior solutions. By aligning design intent with practical functionality and budget-conscious strategies, the result is a versatile community space that will serve the City of Jennings for years to come.
