Our history

Louer Facility Planning, Inc. has been in business since 1996.  After spending twenty years in the design / build construction field, Jane Louer, president of the firm, started as a one-person office, expanding staff within the first three months of operation.

 

Initially, our company provided planning, design and management for projects, but did not sell furniture.  After three years in business the company’s mission expanded by securing a dealership for Haworth, who is a global leader in the workspace solutions industry. Currently, furniture sales comprise more than 90% of our total revenues.  While design services are not a large part of the revenues, they remain a critical component of being able to deliver creative and successful furniture solutions.

 

The primary market area for Louer Facility Planning encompasses the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Additionally, the company serves clients across the United States.

 

While our firm remains a small business, a large portion of our work comes from large projects. Our experience and expertise in project management assures you that even the most complicated project is managed successfully from start to finish.
