Louer Facility Planning has partnered with Icon Mechanical for more than a decade, furnishing their corporate offices as the company has grown and evolved. In 2021, this long-standing relationship continued with the buildout of Icon Mechanical’s new 40,800-square-foot, two-level corporate headquarters on their Granite City campus.

The expanded facility includes executive offices, staff and administrative offices, open office areas, training and conference spaces, and a large first-floor hub that functions as a work café and touchdown space for employees. A central atrium brings natural light deep into the core of the building, creating a bright, connected work environment.

Furnishings were thoughtfully selected to complement the industrial yet refined architectural finishes while supporting flexibility and day-to-day functionality. As Icon Mechanical continues to grow, Louer Facility Planning has supported multiple expansion and reconfiguration efforts within the headquarters. The furniture solutions allow the space to adapt over time, responding to the changing needs of a thriving company.
