Godfrey Fire Protection District
Godfrey, Illinois
Louer Facility Planning furnished the Godfrey Fire Protection District’s new fire station, supporting a state-of-the-art facility designed to serve both department staff and the surrounding community.
The scope included furnishings for the public lobby, administrative offices, day room, bunk rooms, and the training and emergency operations center. Furniture selections were carefully coordinated with the architectural finishes to create a cohesive and dynamic environment that supports daily operations, training, and emergency response.
Designed to meet the demands of both fire and EMS services, the facility enhances the district’s ability to respond efficiently while presenting a professional and welcoming presence for the community. Durability, adaptability, and long-term performance were key considerations throughout the project.
The project was completed using the OMNIA Partners contract, providing competitively bid pricing for municipal and nonprofit sectors and ensuring responsible use of taxpayer funding.
