Our history
Louer Facility Planning, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jane Louer, a respected leader in the contract furniture industry who built the company on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and client-focused service. For more than two decades, Jane led the firm with a commitment to thoughtful design, strong relationships, and high standards—earning the trust of clients across the region.
In 2021, Yvette Paris—a registered interior designer with extensive industry experience and long-standing dedication to the firm—began the process of acquiring the business. Having worked closely with Louer Facility Planning for many years, Yvette brought a strong understanding of its values, clients, and design philosophy. Her loyalty to the company and vision for its future made her a natural successor. She completed the purchase at the end of 2024, ensuring a seamless transition that honors the firm’s legacy while positioning it for continued growth.
Today, Louer Facility Planning continues to thrive under Yvette’s leadership as a trusted advisor and creative partner to organizations throughout the St. Louis metro and beyond. While our services continue to evolve, our purpose remains unchanged: to create thoughtful, purposeful environments that support the way people work, learn, and thrive.
