As the company’s resident chair repair specialist, James excels at diagnosing issues, understanding part schematics, and executing precise repairs that extend the life and performance of our client’s furniture.

With 15 years of experience in the automotive industry as a collision repair estimator, James brings deep knowledge of how complex components come apart and go back together. His ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, combined with his hands-on problem-solving skills, allows him to troubleshoot and resolve service needs efficiently and effectively in the field.
