April Dant has 17 years of experience in operations, project support, and office management, and is a cornerstone of Louer Facility Planning’s success. As Vice President of Operations, she ensures the firm operates efficiently, guiding projects from order entry to installation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and client satisfaction. April is also co-owner of the firm with Yvette Paris.

April’s expertise spans project management support, purchasing, accounts management, and human resources. She also manages pay requests, insurance compliance, contract auditing, corrective actions, and warranty claims, ensuring all operational and administrative processes function seamlessly and uphold the firm’s standards.

April holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business from Southwestern Illinois College, Belleville.
