Caseyville Police Department

Caseyville, Illinois

Louer Facility Planning partnered with the Village of Caseyville and the Caseyville Police Department to furnish their new police station—a bright, modern facility designed to support daily operations and strengthen how the department functions as a team.

The project included furnishings for guest, task, lounge, conference, and training areas, as well as private offices, workstations, storage, a breakroom, and both soft and hard interview rooms. Each space was planned to be highly functional, adaptable, and durable, supporting the realities of a working police department.

Furniture selections reinforce a professional and responsible public-facing image while standing up to long-term use. Ergonomic considerations, including fully adjustable task seating and a height-adjustable reception desk, allow spaces to adapt to different users and needs. Through thoughtful value engineering, the project met budget goals while delivering a cohesive solution that will serve the department—and the Village of Caseyville—well for years to come.
