In 2005, she graduated from San Diego State University with an interior design degree. The following year, she moved from California to Illinois to support her husband’s educational pursuits; shortly thereafter Yvette joined Louer Facility Planning, Inc.


Starting as an entry-level designer, Yvette quickly demonstrated her talent and leadership potential, ascending through the ranks to become Design Director and later Vice President of Louer Facility Planning, Inc. Her unwavering dedication and exceptional contributions to the company culminated in her acquisition of the business from the founder, Jane Louer, assuming the role of President in January 2023.
