img_first_officeLouer Facility Planning, Inc. has been in business since 1996. After spending twenty years in the design / build construction field, Jane Louer, President of the firm, started as a one person office, expanding staff within the first three months of operation.

Initially, the company provided planning, design and management for projects, but did not sell furniture. After three years in business, the company's mission expanded by securing a dealership for HAWORTH®, a global leader in the workspace solutions industry. Currently, furniture sales contribute more than 90% of the company's total revenues. While design services are not a large part of the revenues, they remain a critical component of being able to deliver creative and successful furniture solutions.

Our current office.In 2007, the company moved from its office in Edwardsville to the current location in Collinsville, in order to accommodate its growing business and to better serve clients in the St. Louis Metro area. The office is designed to serve as a working showroom; allowing clients to see the look and functionality of products. It features HAWORTH® products including, full height moveable walls and a wide range of seating.

While the firm remains a small business, a large part of this business is derived from large projects. Experience and expertise in project management insure that even the most complicated projects are managed to a successful end.

The primary market area for Louer Facility Planning is the St. Louis Metro East. Additionally, the company serves clients in the St. Louis area and across the United States.
